How to read an offer’s terms

Most offers come down to five conditions. Read all five before you deposit or opt in.

Eligibility

What it means

Who can take the offer: new or existing accounts, country, verification status.

Ask yourself

Does my account meet every condition today?

Qualifying action

What it means

What triggers the offer, such as a minimum deposit, an opt-in or a first bet.

Ask yourself

Do I need to opt in or enter a code before I deposit?

Wagering (turnover)

What it means

How much you must stake before bonus funds or winnings can be withdrawn, and how much each game counts.

Ask yourself

What is the multiple, and what share do my chosen games contribute?

Expiry

What it means

How long you have to claim the offer and to complete wagering.

Ask yourself

Can I realistically finish in time without raising my stakes?

Caps and limits

What it means

Maximum bonus, maximum win or withdrawal from the offer, and maximum stake per bet.

Ask yourself

What is the most this offer can pay out, and which bets would break the rules?

On the PlayDash site

Offers sit under Bonuses and Promotions on the operator site (seen on playdash123.com, 20 October 2026).

Check the live offer Before you deposit, read the live offer’s own terms for eligibility, any code requirement, wagering, expiry and caps. Codes copied from other websites may have expired or belong to another market.

An offer is a contract in miniature

Free spins, deposit matches and cashback look different, but each comes with eligibility, activation, wagering, expiry and caps. The examples below use hypothetical numbers so you can see how each condition changes the outcome.

The wagering base: what the multiple applies to

A wagering requirement is a multiple of something. Terms usually say whether it applies to the bonus only, to the deposit plus the bonus, or to winnings from free spins. The same multiple can mean very different totals.

Wagering usually counts stakes, not losses. Each qualifying stake adds to the total, whether the round wins or loses.

Hypothetical example 1: same multiple, different base

Hypothetical units, not a PlayDash offer

Deposit
100
Bonus
100
10× on the bonus only
1,000 in qualifying stakes
10× on deposit + bonus
2,000 in qualifying stakes

Check which base the live terms use before you compare offers.

Why the base and contribution change everything

Two offers with the same wagering multiple can ask for very different amounts of play. If one applies the multiple to the bonus only and the other to deposit plus bonus, the second asks for twice as much. If one counts your preferred games at a reduced rate, the real requirement grows again.

Working through the numbers once, before opting in, shows the true cost. The examples below use hypothetical units so you can see each condition in isolation.

Hypothetical example 2: game contribution

Suppose 1,000 in qualifying stakes is required. If games count at different rates, the amount you would need to stake changes.

Stake needed to complete 1,000 of wagering

  • Game counts 100% 1,000
  • Game counts 50% 2,000
  • Game counts 10% 10,000
  • Game excluded (0%) Never completes
Hypothetical rates. The live offer lists which games count and at what rate.

Hypothetical example 3: caps and stake limits

Hypothetical units, not a PlayDash offer

Free-spin winnings
80
Maximum win from the spins
50
Amount that can count
50; the other 30 is removed
Maximum stake while active
5 per bet
A stake of 10
May break the terms and put bonus winnings at risk

Caps and stake limits are among the most commonly missed conditions.

Exclusions to look for

Exclusions decide whether your activity counts at all. Look for them in the full terms, not only the summary.

Excluded games

Specific titles or whole categories that do not count towards wagering.

Excluded bet types

For sports: cashed-out bets, free bets, or selections below a minimum price.

Account conditions

Limits such as one offer per person or household, or verification before a withdrawal.

Payment conditions

Some offers state which payment methods qualify. The live offer is the only reliable source.

Conditions that are easy to miss

Maximum stake rules apply while an offer is active and can void winnings if exceeded, even once. Free-spin winnings often carry their own wagering and cap. Some offers exclude bet types such as cashed-out sports bets, or rounds bought through a bonus-buy feature. Expiry can apply separately to claiming the offer and to completing it.

Checking a code

Some offers use a code and many do not. The live offer’s own terms say whether a code is needed and where to enter it.

  • Take codes only from the live offer itself.
  • Codes copied from other websites may have expired or belong to another market.
  • A code cannot change the offer’s conditions, extend its expiry or bring back an expired offer.
  • Never pay for a code.

Before you continue

A short check of your account, payments and support before you leave this guide.

Account

  • You are 18 or over and gambling is permitted for you where you are.
  • Your registration details match your ID; operators may ask for identity checks before a withdrawal.
  • Your password is unique to this account.

Payments

  • Open the cashier and read the methods, minimums and fees shown for your account. This guide does not list them because they can change.
  • Read how withdrawals are approved and how long they can take.
  • Decide your spending limit before the first deposit.

Support and limits

  • Find the help or live chat entry before you need it.
  • Look in account settings for deposit limits, breaks or self-exclusion.

Putting the terms into practice

Use the five conditions as a checklist against the live offer card, not against a summary elsewhere.

Do the maths once
Multiply the wagering requirement by its base, then adjust for game contribution.
Look for exclusions
Games, bet types and payment conditions that do not count.
Skip if unsure
Declining an offer keeps your balance free of wagering conditions.
